1.1. All costs are due immediately after an auction is won or a purchase is finalized.
1.2. Invoices must be paid in full within forty-eight (48) hours.
1.3. Senostreet reserves the right to require advance payment for high-value items before bidding or purchasing on behalf of the customer.

2. Item Descriptions & Seller Responsibility
2.1. Senostreet is not responsible for sellers providing items that differ from their descriptions.
2.2. While discrepancies are uncommon, they may occur. Customers are encouraged to request clarification regarding an item’s condition, description accuracy, or images before placing a bid or finalizing a purchase.
2.3. All bids and finalized purchases are binding and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
3.1. All arrival dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3.2. Due to the inherent unpredictability of shipping and logistics, Senostreet cannot provide exact delivery dates.
3.3. Customers will receive email updates throughout the import and shipping process.
3.4. Senostreet strives to process, consolidate, and ship items as quickly as possible, with the ongoing goal of meeting or exceeding projected timelines.
4. Time-Sensitive or Urgent Orders
4.1. Customers who require parts or vehicles urgently, or by a strict deadline near the estimated arrival date, are advised that this service may not meet those needs.
5. Media & Privacy Policy
5.1. Senostreet’s import process includes publicly sharing photos and videos of shipments, vehicles, parts, and loading/unloading activities for documentation and transparency.
5.2. Customers who require confidentiality must notify Senostreet in advance, at the time of inquiry.
6. Liability
6.1. Senostreet is not financially liable for any parts or items not purchased directly through our company.
6.2. Senostreet’s responsibility is limited to services and items expressly provided or purchased through Senostreet.
7. Right to Refuse Service
7.1. Senostreet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason.
